Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders auto-forward to production within hours. Hit us within 6 hours of purchase and we’ll try to intercept.

All pieces are produced and shipped by our trusted partner for consistent quality, ethical production, and global delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Production: 3–7 business days. Delivery: typically 7–25 business days depending on region.

Yes—worldwide. Rates and timelines vary by destination and carrier.

How do I pick my size?

All our products are true to size based on the measurements on the size guide on each product page. if you want baggier/oversized look, order one size up.

What materials do you use?

Premium cotton blends and eco-conscious fabrics vary by item. See each product description for exact specs.

Care instructions?

Turn inside out. Cold wash. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on prints.

What’s your return policy?

Made-to-order means we accept returns for defects or wrong items only. Report within 14 days of delivery with photos.

Can I exchange sizes or colors?

We don’t offer size/color exchanges on made-to-order items. Please double-check your size and color before checkout.

How do refunds work?

Approved issues (defective/incorrect) are refunded to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/PayPal.
